WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a talented Machine Learning & AI Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. You'll help implement data engineering and science pipelines for building LLM customization for clients. The ideal candidate has solid technical skills in machine learning, generative AI, and data science, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  1. Implement and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and storage
  2. Develop data science and AI pipelines for model development
  3. Support the customization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create tailored solutions for clients
  4. Apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques for LLM applications
  5. Help build AI systems that integrate with client data and workflows
  6. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams on AI solutions
  7. Contribute to machine learning and AI projects from concept to production
  8. Work with AWS infrastructure using S3, Sagemaker, RDS, Redshift, and other services
  9. Follow data governance, quality, and security standards with attention to AI ethics
  10. Present technical work to team members and stakeholders

CORE SKILLS REQUIRED & QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 2-3 years of experience in data science, or machine learning
  2. Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT models, Claude, Llama) and generative AI technologies
  3. Knowledge of LLM customization techniques such as fine-tuning and prompt engineering
  4. Solid skills in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools
  5. Experience with AWS data services and AI/ML offerings
  6. Understanding of ML workflows, from feature engineering to deployment
  7. Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  8. Familiarity with CI/CD for data and ML systems
  9. Good communication skills for effective team collaboration
  10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  11. Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings for semantic search applications
  12. Experience with API integration for AI services
  13. Basic knowledge of Docker
  14. Understanding of MLOps practices
  15. Adaptability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
