WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a SDR to support outbound sales in the US market. The SDR will focus on generating qualified meetings in the mid-market and enterprise segments. This role requires strong cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. The candidate should be comfortable identifying ICPs, engaging prospects, and running qualification conversations with senior stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas well
- Study existing customer accounts and identify patterns to guardrail the TAM
- Research accounts and build structured outbound cadences. Write outbound messaging that drives responses and meetings
- Identify champion and stakeholders personas within target accounts based on existing learnings
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Initiate conversations and schedule meetings and demos with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct qualification and discovery meetings to hand off qualified pipeline to sales
- Continuously improve processes and find ways to automate them
- Maintain robust reporting in order to be able to share and analyze key metrics at any time
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Strong cold calling and qualification skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized and execution-focused with a strong outbound mindset
- Experience/Understanding of AI and how to incorporate it into SDR workflows
