Zuddl is the unified events platform that gives B2B marketing teams complete ownership of their brand, their data, and their pipeline impact — across conferences, field events, webinars, and trade shows. Instead of duct-taping point solutions together or waiting on agencies and web dev queues, teams at Figma, CrowdStrike. Iterable, and Grafana Labs use Zuddl to design pixel-perfect event experiences, launch programs in minutes, and prove revenue impact back to the business — all from one platform they actually control.

The Role

Event Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience who is equal parts operator and marketer.
This person will own the planning and execution of:
  1. Industry tradeshows and sponsorship activations
  2. Hosted executive dinners and field events
  3. Virtual events and webinars
You’ll partner closely with marketing and sales to ensure every event drives pipeline, brand awareness, and measurable impact.
This role is ideal for someone scrappy, highly organized, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves — whether that’s managing booth logistics, coordinating vendors, aligning with SDRs, or troubleshooting onsite.

What You Will Do

1. Tradeshow & Sponsorship Management
  • Plan and execute Zuddl’s presence at industry events and conferences
  • Manage booth logistics, vendors, shipping, collateral, and swag
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach and onsite engagement strategy with sales
  • Ensure flawless lead capture and post-event follow-up processes
2. Hosted Dinners & Field Events
  • Own end-to-end planning of executive dinners and curated field experiences
  • Source venues, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate guest lists
  • Partner with sales on invite strategy and attendee management
  • Oversee onsite execution as needed
3. Virtual Events & Webinars
  • Manage logistics and production timelines
  • Coordinate with Head of Community and Brand Experiences on speaker communications and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure strong registration performance and attendee experience
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with demand gen on promotion and campaign alignment
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align on goals and pipeline impact
  • Ensure tight communication before, during, and after events
5. Measurement & Optimization
  • Measure event performance and pipeline contribution against marketing goals
  • Analyze results and recommend improvements
  • Continuously refine processes and playbooks

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Scrappy and resourceful — you figure it out
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key events
