We are looking for a Manager – Finance Operations, MIS & Compliance with hands-on experience in a SaaS company to manage core finance operations, statutory compliance, and SaaS-focused MIS reporting across US, India, and UAE.

This role requires strong execution skills across monthly close, subscription accounting, MIS preparation, and audit support, along with working knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, GRR, churn, pipeline, and budgets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end close activities.

• Ensure accurate accounting of subscription revenue, renewals, expansions, credits, and adjustments in line with US GAAP / Ind-AS / IFRS.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain clean supporting schedules.

• Monitor cash flow, collections, vendor payments, and expense controls.

• Handle inter-company accounting and reconciliations, including cross-charges.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.

• Track and report key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, GRR / NRR, churn, pipeline, and expansion analysis.

• Perform budget vs actual and forecast variance analysis.

• Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

• Assist in preparing leadership, board, and investor reporting packs.

• Ensure statutory compliance across India (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Corporate Tax), UAE (VAT, labor compliance), and US (sales tax, payroll filings).

• Prepare and file statutory returns within defined timelines.

• Coordinate and support statutory, tax, and internal audits.

• Support implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls.

• Work hands-on with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• Improve close timelines, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency through automation.

• Document and maintain finance, MIS, and compliance SOPs.

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience with mandatory SaaS or subscription-based business

exposure.

• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and SaaS KPIs.

• Proven experience in MIS preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho and/or QuickBooks Online.

• Strong Excel skills and structured reporting capability.

• Experience supporting multi-country compliance and audits.

• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
