Zuddl being a part Y-Combinator 2020 batch has raised ​​$13.35 million in Series A funding led by Alpha Wave Incubation and Qualcomm Ventures with participation from our existing investors GrowX ventures and Waveform Ventures.

What YOU WILL DO


  1. You own end-to-end demand creation across our multi-product platform, with one clear objective: 2–3× YoY revenue growth.
  2. Multi-Product Demand Engine - Design and execute demand strategies across Zuddl's modular platform (webinars, field events, conferences, third-party events). You'll build systems that drive both new customer acquisition and expansion across product lines.
  3. Team Leadership- Build and lead a high-caliber demand team with clear channel ownership and minimal handoffs. You'll hire for judgment and autonomy, using AI and automation to eliminate low-judgment work.
  4. Channel Portfolio Management - Own paid search, paid social, SEO, content, events/community, and emerging channels. You'll make explicit trade-offs based on marginal pipeline contribution, not historical momentum.
  5. BDR Function - Own the BDR outcome end-to-end in partnership with sales, including ICP definition, sequencing, AI-assisted outbound, and conversion mechanics.
  6. ABM & Orchestration - Design account-centric plays that coordinate events, digital channels, outreach, and content to collapse buyer indecision across the buying committee.
  7. Market Gravity Creation - Ideate and direct the creation of free tools, benchmarks, and interactive growth assets that generate authentic demand at scale.

What We're Looking For

Experience:
  • 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, with demonstrated success building scalable demand engines
  • Track record of managing both channels and teams in high-growth environments
  • Experience with multi-product or platform marketing (not single-SKU SaaS)
  • Proven ability to forecast and deliver pipeline commitments

  • First principles approach to strategy; willing to challenge "best practices"
